  • I brought in our 2010 Chevy Equinox for an oil change. I was told there was a recall that could be done and asked if I would like the tires rotated. Since we will be taking a trip this Friday I responded "yes" to both of the additional services. The work was completed in a timely manner while I waited in the comfortable new waiting area. As I was about to leave I noticed a poster for an upcoming vintage car show coming to Waynesville Auto. I wanted information and was told that Fred was the person to talk with and the service man took me to meet him. Fred and I had a nice talk and he helped me with sources for contacts with vintage car enthusiasts. I was very pleased about the whole experience and commend everyone highly.   • My mother and I were just riding through the parking lot and ask Bella about the cars and prices. I gave her my number and came back to the lot. She was able to get her manager to run my credit and tell me the best offer in about 30 minutes. The best car dealer I have ever worked with. I have bought 3 new cars and this is the best service I have ever received and quickest.. I will be back to buy another car her in the near future.   • I found our Yukon XL on the internet. I was contacted by Amanda the next day. I was able to come to the dealership a few days later and ultimately purchase the vehicle. My wife and I were treated well by everyone we encountered at the dealership. My only reagret was the lack of detail from the "detail shop" to prepare the vehicle. It went in twice and was still not really cleaned up completely. Brandon tried to get them to make it right and they just fell a little short.
